About the challenge

IBM, in collaboration with Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University (AKTU) as the anchoring university and in association with the Government of Uttar Pradesh, proudly presents Prarambh 2025—a state-level hackathon challenge designed to inspire young minds to develop cutting-edge solutions for real-world challenges.

The theme of this hackathon is GovTech, focusing on leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI) to solve key issues faced by the Government of Uttar Pradesh. Participants will work on AI-driven solutions that enhance governance, improve public services, and drive digital transformation across various sectors.
